Son si\u00e8ge est \u00e0\u00a0<strong>Tozeur<\/strong>, au c\u0153ur des oasis.<\/p>\n<p>Le GIDATTES a pour missions de promouvoir la fili\u00e8re dattes (production, qualit\u00e9, export), r\u00e9guler les march\u00e9s, collecter des donn\u00e9es, et d\u00e9velopper les programmes de promotion des d\u00e9riv\u00e9s \u00e0 haute valeur ajout\u00e9e.
